What this website collects

• Messages you choose to send. If you email us, we receive your email address, name (if provided), message, attachments and the usual email metadata. We use this to respond, manage the inquiry and keep related business records.
• Draft form. The contact form builds an email on your device. It does not submit your name or message to a form server or save them to our browser storage. Opening the draft passes it to your configured email app. Copying puts the text on your device’s clipboard. Your browser or email app may independently retain draft or autofill information.
• Site delivery and security. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, time of access and diagnostic or security records to deliver and protect the site. Where private access is enabled, the hosting platform also handles sign-in and access checks under its own privacy terms.
• Your display choices. If you change day/night mode or the motion setting, we save that choice in local storage on your browser. See Cookies & Preferences.

This site does not include advertising trackers, studio analytics scripts, a connected mailing-list signup, visitor accounts managed by the studio, purchases or payments. Fonts and artwork are served with the site. We do not sell personal information or use messages to enroll you in marketing.

Why we use information

We use information only for reasonable purposes connected with responding to your inquiry, operating and securing the website, managing business correspondence, and meeting legal obligations. When you email us, you choose to provide the information needed for that conversation. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential material that is not needed.

Service providers and disclosures

Hosting, security and email service providers process information needed to provide their services. Their systems may process or store data in Canada or other countries, where local laws can apply. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to respond to an inquiry.

This is a studio information site for a general audience. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. Our studio and growing projects

The site introduces the studio and PEPPERMINT HILLS, a game in development. Bracketed copy, sample posts, team slots and media illustrations are preview placeholders. They do not confirm final features, team size, platforms or a launch date.

No purchases, payments, competitions, subscriptions or game licenses are offered through this website. If those services are introduced later, their own terms will be provided where needed.

Content and intellectual property

Except where identified otherwise, the studio owns or licenses its website text, branding, artwork and code. You may browse the site and share links for lawful purposes. Other reuse, redistribution or commercial exploitation requires permission unless applicable law permits it. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these terms restricts fair dealing or other rights granted by law.

Respectful use

How this version works

This website does not use advertising cookies or studio analytics scripts. We have no optional analytics or marketing tools to switch on, so there is no “accept all” banner. The studio’s code uses local storage only to remember display settings you choose.

What we remember on your device

Local storage is a browser feature separate from cookies. These settings contain no name, email address or message. They stay in your browser and are not sent to a studio analytics service. If storage is unavailable, the site still works; preferences may not persist.

Hosting and private access

The hosting platform may use necessary cookies or other technologies for security, sign-in, access control and delivery. Resetting farm preferences does not sign you out or clear the platform’s cookies. Platform data handling is described in OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.

Your controls

Use the Day/Night button in the footer and Motion control in the footer. Your device’s reduced-motion preference is respected. You can clear site data or block cookies and storage in your browser settings. Blocking technologies used by the host may affect private sign-in or access. The contact form does not store draft messages in these settings.

If we introduce optional tracking or embedded services, we will update this notice and provide choices or request consent where required before enabling them. Using this website

We want the Peppermint Hills Farm website to be easy to explore. The farm’s pixel style is part of its character; the legal pages use a standard text font for longer reading.

• Use the keyboard to reach links, buttons and form fields. A “Skip to content” link appears when focused.
• The navigation menu works on smaller screens. Press Escape to close it.
• Choose day or night mode using the display button in the footer.
• Pause decorative movement with the Motion control in the footer. The site respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.
• Use browser zoom and text resizing. The layout adapts to narrow screens.
• The farm scene has a text description; purely decorative artwork is hidden from assistive technology.
